Your mission

As a Senior Product Designer in Livo at this early-stage, your daily tasks will include understanding and defining new initiatives, analyzing their scope, and proposing tailored design approaches informed by available data. Whether working on a straightforward task or a complex initiative for the various Livo products—such as the professionals’ app or the facilities portal—you will ensure your deliverables align with the product’s objectives.

You will identify any missing data points required for informed decision-making and propose research methodologies to address these gaps. Collaborating closely with product managers and stakeholders, you will create wireframes that capture core functionality and user flows, ensuring alignment with project goals. From there, you will refine designs into pixel-perfect deliverables, maintaining high standards of detail and consistency. Finally, you will facilitate a collaborative handoff process with developers, ensuring design specifications are clearly communicated and accurately implemented.

Your profile

What We're Looking For

• Proven Experience: At least 5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in startup or high-growth environments.
• Strategic Thinking: A holistic understanding of how features connect and enhance the product, balancing short-term objectives with long-term vision.
• User-Centered Design: Expertise in human-centered design practices to craft intuitive, functional, and delightful user experiences.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong ability to analyze complex challenges, define effective solutions, and implement strategic approaches to address them.
• Detail-Oriented Excellence: Meticulous attention to detail while committed to delivering exceptional designs, and keeping up with the design system.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Familiarity with design metrics, user behavior analysis, and research insights to inform and validate design decisions.
• Research: Ability to design, lead, and synthesize simple research studies, validating concepts through usability testing and other methodologies.
• Collaboration & Communication: Clear storytelling and communication skills to articulate design ideas, rationale, and trade-offs to diverse stakeholders. Confidence in leading discussions and driving decision-making processes within cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability: Comfort in thriving under ambiguity and a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Technical Collaboration: Solid understanding of how software and apps are built, enabling seamless collaboration with developers to find effective solutions and ensure smooth handoffs with well-organized files.
