Marketing Generalist

We are looking for a dynamic Brand & CRM Marketing Specialist to lead the charge in shaping Livo’s brand identity while driving user engagement and retention through smart, data-driven marketing strategies.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: 2-3 years in brand marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a high-growth tech or healthcare environment.
- Creativity & data-driven: Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making to craft engaging campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Multi-channel expertise: Strong understanding of leveraging various marketing channels to build brand awareness and engage users.
- Analytical mindset: Expertise in A/B testing, data analysis, and using insights to optimize retention and brand health.
- Cultural awareness: A deep understanding of social media, consumer psychology, and the ability to anticipate trends.
- Languages: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Other languages are a plus.
- Self-starter: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Marketing Support
Assist in executing brand strategies to increase awareness and trust
Help develop marketing materials and content for social media, email, and our website
- Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
Monitor basic retention metrics and contribute insights to improve user engagement
- Loyalty Program
Assist in managing rewards, preparing user communications, and tracking participation
- Campaign Execution
Help compile and present campaign performance results
- Team Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Stay in tune with user feedback and market trends
