Your mission
Join one of the fastest-growing healthtech startups in Spain and help us revolutionize how hospitals cover critical nursing shifts. As a full-time Operations Analyst Intern, you’ll be at the core of our decision-making engine — turning data into strategy, justifying new projects, evaluating ongoing initiatives, and tracking our operational KPIs.
Your work will help shape the future of how healthcare staffing operates.
What you'll be doing
- Analyze operational data using tools like SQL, Metabase, Google Sheets, and BigQuery, delivering insights that drive key decisions.
 - Identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and areas for improvement across our operational processes.
 - Support project justification and prioritization, validating hypotheses and estimating the impact of proposed initiatives.
 - Evaluate the performance of ongoing campaigns and ops initiatives, transforming metrics into actionable recommendations.
 - Monitor and update our key operational KPIs, building clear, insightful dashboards for the wider team.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Product, Data) to ensure strategies are always evidence-based and measurable.
 - Proactively spot trends and surface data-backed opportunities to scale more efficiently.
 
What we're looking for
- You're currently enrolled in a degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or similar, and can sign a university internship agreement.
 - You havefluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
 - You’restructured, organized, and detail-oriented.
 - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and communicate them clearly.
 - Experience with Google Sheets/Excel is a must; SQL and/or Metabase is a big plus.
 - You take ownership of your work and enjoy solving complex problems.
 - Comfortable working in afast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
 - Curious, proactive, and eager to improve how things work.
