As an Operations & Growth Intern, you'll be at the heart of our engine, making sure that essential hospital shifts are matched with top healthcare professionals. You’ll combine hands-on execution with data-driven thinking, communication, and creativity to help scale the operations that are changing healthcare.

What you'll be doing

Be on the front lines of our operations: help ensure critical nursing shifts get covered efficiently and on time.

Interact directly with healthcare professionals, helping them discover shift opportunities and guiding them through the process — your communication will drive real impact.

Learn how a fast-scaling marketplace works from the inside: from manual interventions to automation and data-based prioritization.

Bring your ideas! You’ll be encouraged to challenge the status quo and help us improve our fulfillment workflows.

Support the launch of campaigns, incentives, and new initiatives that boost engagement and shift coverage.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (ops, product, data) to improve the experience for our professionals and make our operations more scalable.

Analyze fulfillment performance using tools like Sheets, Metabase, or Looker Studio — and turn insights into action.

What we're looking for

You’re currently enrolled in Business, Engineering, Psychology, Communication, or similar and you are able to sign an agreement.

Spanish and English fluency is mandatory.

You’re a structured thinker, organized, and detail-oriented.

You love talking to people, solving problems, and moving things forward.

Autonomy & Ownership: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, own projects end-to-end, and deliver results independently while maintaining accountability.

Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to navigate ambiguity and excel in an ever-changing, high-pressure environment.

You’re proactive, curious, eager to improve how things work and enjoy working in fast-paced environments.

Analytical mindset and interest in using data to make decisions (Google Sheets/Excel; SQL is a plus).
