Sales Intern (Spanish and English speaker)
At Livo, we’re transforming the way healthcare institutions manage their staffing needs. As a Sales & Business Development Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the commercial growth of a fast-paced healthtech startup. Working closely with the Sales team and reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll contribute across the entire sales process – from identifying prospects to supporting client onboarding – and gain valuable exposure to B2B sales, healthcare, and marketplace operations.
What you’ll do
- Prospecting & lead support: assist in identifying and researching potential healthcare institution clients. Support outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Sales enablement:help prepare materials for client meetings and product demos. Participate in shadow calls and assist with follow-ups to ensure excellent communication and documentation.
- Client relationship support:help maintain client records and keep CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) updated. Support the team in nurturing relationships with healthcare partners.
- Market insights:help gather insights about the market, client needs, and competitor offerings. Synthesize learnings into actionable insights for the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Sales reporting: assist with tracking key sales metrics, preparing weekly reports, and analyzing lead conversion performance.
Your profile
We’re looking for a curious, proactive intern who is eager to learn and contribute meaningfully to a mission-driven team:
- Availability to start a 3-month full-time internship as soon as possible
- Interest in sales & business development – you’re exploring a career in B2B sales, marketing, or startups and are excited to get real-world experience.
- Healthcare curiosity – you’re intrigued by how healthcare institutions operate and want to understand the challenges they face.
- Organized & analytical – you’re comfortable with spreadsheets and enjoy diving into details to find patterns or improvements.
- Strong communicator – you have clear, empathetic communication skills and are comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive & adaptable – you’re hands-on, quick to learn, and ready to support a growing team in a fast-changing environment.
- Languages – fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
