Sales Development Representative Intern
Role Overview:
Livo continues to grow steadily in Spain, with the ambition to expand its client base and service portfolio to reinforce its position as a trusted strategic partner for medical centers and healthcare professionals nationwide.
To support this expansion, the Sales Team is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its mission. This role is pivotal in driving Livo’s growth, serving as a key link between marketing and sales, and playing an active role in the execution of demand generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Demand Management:
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads to determine fit and readiness.
Lead the collaboration with the Marketing Team for the implementation, monitoring and improvement of inbound funnels to generate new leads.Creation and management of a nurturing program aiming at providing relevant content and insights to CRM databases with the goal of creating opportunities for sales.
Manage CRM records, ensuring accurate data entry and lead tracking.
Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads seamlessly.
Outbound Demand Generation:
Research target accounts and personas to craft personalized outreach strategies.
Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using tools like email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for outbound initiatives.
Continuously monitor and optimize outreach campaigns for effectiveness.
Collaboration and Strategy:
Partner with the marketing team to align on campaign themes, messaging, and goals.
Provide feedback to refine personas, messaging, and campaign approaches based on lead interactions.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
