What you’ll be doing
We are looking for the person that will help the founders and leadership team define the company’s culture and set the people foundations for building one of the best performing companies out there. What this means in particular is:
Strategy & Culture
Design and lead a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the business vision and objectives.
Be the ambassador of the organizational culture, ensuring its evolution and consistency.
Collaborate directly with the CEO and the leadership team on structural and growth decisions.
Talent acquisition
Design and implement the recruitment strategy (tech and non-tech).
Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and human integration.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs, profiles, and effective selection processes.
Internal Communication
Design and implement internal communication initiatives that strengthen the organizational culture and sense of belonging.
Develop tools and dynamics that improve communication flow between teams and levels within the company.
Organization and Processes
Analyze organizational structures and propose efficient and scalable organizational charts.
Design organizational improvements oriented toward agile, efficient models focused on service quality.
Monitor and report key indicators related to structure, people, and management processes.
Development, Training, and Career
Create and deploy continuous training programs (upskilling/reskilling).
Design professional and career development plans, both personalized and scalable.
Promote a culture of mentoring, learning, and continuous feedback.
Performance Evaluation
Implement and manage a structured performance evaluation system.
Support the definition of individual and team OKRs and KPIs.
Foster 360° feedback and continuous improvement.
Compensation, Benefits, and Well-being
Define and evolve the total compensation policy (fixed, variable, equity, benefits).
Promote well-being, recognition, and engagement programs.
Analyze salary benchmarks and design competitive proposals.
Labor Relations and Compliance
Manage all legal and contractual aspects, in collaboration with external advisors.
Ensure regulatory compliance in labor matters, occupational risk prevention, data protection (GDPR), and other applicable regulations.
People Analytics & HR Tech
Implement People Analytics tools to enable data-driven decision-making.
Analyze key metrics: turnover, climate, productivity, hiring costs, etc.
Evaluate and manage HR Tech tools (ATS, L&D, surveys, performance management).
What you should bring along
We’re looking for someone that is passionate about Human Resources and processes as well as eager to work in a fast growing startup environment. The one attribute that should standout is your desire build things from scratch and provide the best Livo experience to both candidates and employees. More specifically we’re looking for the following:
Studies agnostic, we don’t care what you studied
+5-7 years of experience in HR, ideally with a strong track record in recruiting
Proven experience managing the full recruitment life cycle across various levels and departments.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulation and proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners at all levels.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Spanish and English
Passion about startups is a must
